Visual Colour Assessment

Visual assessment means using the human eye to evaluate and judge the appearance of an object under specific conditions. Instead of relying solely on digital machines, inspectors physically look at a product inside the light booth to check its color accuracy, texture, gloss, and overall quality. It is a critical final step in manufacturing because digital color sensors cannot always predict exactly how a human customer will perceive a product in the real world.
