Toy Dynamic Strength Tester

Application :-
This test instrument is mainly used to test the dynamic strength of wheeled ride-on
toys. Can simulate driven toys vertically hit the inelastic step in a steady speed of
2m /S ± 0.2 /S, then observe the damaged condition. Applied to toy bicycles,
scooters, roller-skate and etc.

Technical details

This equipment is mostly used to evaluate rides’ ability to strike a 50x50mm obstruction at a speed of 2m/s for toys. The machine simulating children riding tricycles applied load to the sample and struck a piece of a 50 × 50 mm obstacle block at a speed of 2 m/s. Check the sample’s structure and performance after testing to see if they’re in good shape or not.
