Wonderflex Pro becomes moldable when heat is applied to it.
How Wonderflex Pro is made:
Extrusion: The synthetic polymer is melted and extruded into a thin, uniform sheet.
Surface Treatment: Both sides of the sheet have smooth surfaces for painting or coating.
Cooling and Finishing: The sheet is cooled to a rigid state, ready for use.
Activation: Heat softens the polymer and activates a built-in adhesive, allowing it to bond to itself or other materials like fabric, wood, foam, and aluminum mesh.
Can be used with Molds.
